What are positive vibes?

The feelings associated with joy, love, happiness and wellbeing one experiences. A feeling associated with the enjoyment of a particular person, place, or thing or the feelings one gets when participating in an event that brings them lots of joy.

When you experience positive vibes what you are experiencing is joy, happiness, and a sense of wellbeing. You have a positive state of mind, you mood is positive, and you feel good. You go through your day with pep in your step. You smile more, you laugh harder and you are enjoying yourself in these moments. You will find it easier to “Look on the bright side.” when you are feeling positive vibes and If you make a mistake it’s easier to move on without getting upset. The quality of your thoughts are positive regarding what you’re doing and you feel optimistic about the results.

Radiating Positive Vibes..........

Have you ever noticed; every time you are around people there are certain feelings or vibes associated with that person. This is because we as people have feelings that go along with our personality and we exchange those feelings or vibes with those who we are around. When you’re around people who are optimistic and tend to see the good in life you began to pick up on their sense of wellbeing because it’s being reflected in everything they do and say. As a result we begin to adopt a sense of wellbeing and start feeling optimistic as well.

How to make sure the Vibes you are radiating are Positive.............

It is very important to be mindful of the kinds of vibes you’re radiating. Your vibes affects the way you make people feel and further affects the way people deal with you. Everything you do, says, and feel puts out a vibe and people will respond one way or the other to your vibes. Some of the ways to make sure the vibes you’re radiating are positive are.

1. Keeping the conversation positive.

Everything you say and talking about has a feeling. If you’re talking about something that makes you feel wonderful the person you’re talking to will begin to feel wonderful as they listen to you.

2. Keep your attitude positive

One of the first things people tend to pick up on is your attitude. A good attitude is reflected in the way you behave. when you have a good attitude you smile more, you speak with enthusiasm, and even your body language is positive which will help those around you feel good as well.

3. Listen with enthusiasm

When you listen to a person with enthusiasm you give the impression that you care and are interested in what they have to say. This makes a person feel important and feeling important gives people positive vibes.

4. Smile More

Smiling is one of the best ways to radiate positive vibes. It shows that you are in a good mood, it makes others want to smile, and it encourages trust.

5. Compliment Others

Compliments make people feel good about them self because it means someone has notices something good about them. when you help people feel good about themselves you are radiating positive vibes.
