Positivity starts in the Mind.

Positivity starts out as a perception. When we first hear about an upcoming event we automatically decide whether it’s going to be good or bad. We do this by thinking of similar events that we have experienced and we use that to prejudge the upcoming event. If you enjoyed the last event you assume that this experience will be as enjoyable and worth your participation. You become excited about the event and start to imagine how much fun it would be. You even may plan out what you want to wear and prepare for the event in anticipation of the event being as wonderful as you imagine it to be.

Our Actions Coincide with the perception

Once we perceive a situation as positive we start to react to that perception. Those reactions coincide with creating a positive situation. Anytime a situation is perceived to be positive we enter into the situation feeling energized, happy, and full of optimism. Difficulties are handled with ease and any task handled with a can do attitude. Your enthusiasm, happiness and good attitude influences those around you which makes them feel good about said situation as well. You are relaxed and stress free, you respond to others in a warm mannered way, you come across to others as being inviting and welcoming to their presence which makes them feel good about being around you. All of these things happen simply because your perception of a situation was positive.
