Trust Yourself

When we are born we barely know who we are. We are unsure about ourself and the decisions we make. As we get older we start to have experiences that will lead us to our future decision. As we interact with others and develop a personality which will determine the role we play in the life of others we also become stronger in some areas of life and braver in other areas of life were we have had the proper experiences to encourage enthusiasm to keep doing and keep getting better . By the time we are adults we have become the results of all that we have experienced both good and bad and our decision and the way we go about life is based on those past experiences.

As Adults our decisions and lifestyle are questioned constantly and the more others question the things we do the more we start to feel unsure about ourselves. While it is natural to self check and make sure you're doing things the right way one has to reach the point in his/her life that they know and trust that they made the right decision regardless of what others say or think.

When others are giving their opinions about a decision you may find it helpful if you remember that their decision and opinions can only will only be based on their individual life experiences. therefore a person can only find rational in things that they know about based on the experiences they've had. For Example: A person who has tried to ride a bike and failed can not encourage another person to go out and get a motorcycle because their fear makes riding a motorcycle seem irrational.

Knowing that most decision are made based on past experiences should also serve as confirmation that the correct decision is being made. If you have made similar decision before and the results have been positive then you should feel comfortable with the decision you make now. Trusting Yourself is more about knowing that you have done this before, and you know what the results will be. It's trusting your past experiences and everything that you've learned from them and it's trusting your own ability to understand why you did sometime and why you got the results you did.

Trust in yourself is built by utilized the knowledge you had, Gaining wisdom from the experiences, Wisdom which helps you fully understand. That process gives you freedom to do what has to be done to get the results you want.

When trust in yourself has been built up like this you never have to let another person tell you your wrong again.

Trust yourself.
